SHOP POLICIES

NO I.D.? NO TATTOO!!!

Absolutely No Drugs! No alcohol! No weapons!

MINORS/UNDERAGE POLICY:
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. To be Tattooed you must bring Birth Certificate and Valid Drivers licenses, State or Federal Photo I.Ds., or Passports for both the PARENT AND CHILD!! Legal guardians must bring guardianship documents.  We will not tattoo anyone younger than 16. NO exceptions!!!

APPOINTMENT POLICY:
Appointments are usually made by Email. But occasionally by phone, in person or social media. Deposits can be made online via Cashapp, Paypal or other money sending Apps or in person with cash or card.  Deposits are required to Finalize an Appointment and get you on the schedule. Client's receiving larger tattoos will be given multiple appointment dates spaced out for monthly or bi-monthly appointments depending on the size of your tattoo.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
Deposits are mandatory to book an appointment with us. Deposits range from $25-$50-$75-$100+(or a percentage for very large tattoos) depending on the tattoo. Your deposit is a down payment for your tattoo and will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo upon completion. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE no matter the circumstances, and NON-TRANSFERABLE to another person, or design. Cancellation, without 24 hours notice or lateness on the day of the Appointment will result in loss of Deposit. Our Timeslots are valuable and limited, please respect this.

LATE POLICY:
It is your responsibility to make contact with your artist if you are going to be late for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without notifying your artist ahead of time, you will be considered a no-call no-show resulting in the immediate loss of your appointment time and deposit. If you still wish to get the tattoo you will have to make a new appointment and pay a new deposit.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:
(1) A 24 Hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without any penalty to your deposit. Your artist's time is very limited and valuable, please respect this.
(2) You must make real contact with your artist in order to cancel an appointment or consultation. This means you must speak directly with the shop receptionist or your artist via email, phone, text, facebook, face to face etc. The studio does not use voice mail. If your artist is unaware of your cancellation it's on you. It is your responsibility to make contact with us.

PRICING POLICY:
As soon as you sign the waiver the day of your appointment you agree to pay your artist for the time spent on your tattoo. The studio minimum for a tattoo is $35, most tattoos are priced by size and detail. Occasionally we will price by hourly rate. The hourly rate is $200 per hour. Our artists are known for their speed and get a lot done in an hour. ***Failure to pay your artist is considered theft according to VA state law and will be prosecuted as such.

DESIGN POLICY:
A deposit is required to begin the drawing and design process. All designs created by our artists are property of our artists and shop. If you wish to take a copy of the design you will have to pay for it. Price depends on size, detail, and time spent. Appointments who have paid a deposit will be allowed 1 rework of the design if you are unhappy with the imagery created by your artist. This will be done while you wait in the lobby or possibly set for another day. If your rework request requires a completely different design with new subject matter (i.e. a new concept) you will be required to pay a new deposit and schedule a new appointment.
