Additionally, the child’s BIRTH CERTIFICATE is required. Legal guardians must provide guardianship documents. NO exceptions!!!
WALK-IN POLICY:
Walk-ins are generally for small to medium tattoos or flash designs that can be quickly created while you wait. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis; however, if your design requires more time to draw, a client with a quicker design may be served first. Walk-in days may sometimes involve a wait. Consider calling ahead for updates. We provide design books, a touchscreen computer, music, games, TV, and a spacious lobby with a restroom to keep you comfortable while waiting.
APPOINTMENT POLICY:
Tattoo appointment policies dictate that appointments are typically made via email, phone, in person, or social media. Deposits can be made online through Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, or in person with cash or card. These tattoo deposit requirements are essential to reserve your spot on our schedule. Clients receiving larger tattoos will be provided multiple appointment dates spaced out for monthly or bi-monthly sessions depending on the size.
DESIGN POLICY:
A deposit is necessary to initiate the drawing and design process. All designs produced by our artists remain the property of both the artist and the shop. If you wish to keep a copy of the design, a fee will apply based on size, detail, and time spent. Clients who have paid a deposit may request one rework of the design if they are unhappy with the imagery created by their artist. This will be accommodated while you wait in the lobby or potentially scheduled for another day. For completely different designs requiring new subject matter (e.g., a new concept), a new deposit and appointment will be necessary, so please be certain about your preferences when scheduling.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
Deposits are mandatory to book an appointment with us, ranging from $25-$100+ (or a percentage for very large tattoos) based on the tattoo. Your deposit acts as a down payment and will be deducted from the total cost upon completion. Note that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE to another person or design. Cancellation without 24 hours' notice or tardiness on the appointment day results in the forfeiture of your deposit. Our time slots are valuable and limited, so we appreciate your understanding.
PRICING POLICY:
Upon signing the waiver on your appointment day, you agree to compensate your artist for the time spent on your tattoo. The minimum charge for a tattoo is $50, while most tattoos are priced based on size and detail. Certain Filler work or if you add on last minute extra work may incur the hourly rate, with rates ranging from $150-$250 per hour depending on the artist and artwork style. Failure to pay your artist for work done is considered theft under VA state law and will be prosecuted.
LATE POLICY:
You are responsible for contacting your artist if you will be late for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notifying your artist beforehand, you may be marked as a no-call no-show, resulting in immediate loss of both your appointment time and deposit. Should you still wish to proceed with your tattoo, rescheduling may require a new appointment and deposit.
RESCHEDULING POLICY:
(1) A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty to your deposit. Your artist works with many clients, so please respect our limited time.
(2) You must make direct contact with your artist to cancel an appointment or consultation. This means speaking with them via email, phone, text, messenger, or face to face. We do not use voicemail. If your artist is unaware of your cancellation, it is your responsibility to inform us.
TOUCHUP POLICY:
Touch-ups are FREE within the first two months after being tattooed as long as it’s with the SAME ARTIST. If you prefer a different artist or if more than two months have passed, a fee of $25+ will apply based on the tattoo size to cover costs of disposable PPE, supplies, needles, and inks.
